An ancient Turkmen ring, one of my most interesting finds in Istanbul
Very decorative, in every line, the ornament is floral, images of people and birds are strictly prohibited in Islam, and therefore, floral patterns are honed to perfection
and this natural patina 💔 (the ring is about 100 years old)
The ring is conditionally dimensionless
It is such a fashionable dimensionless design with open edges, but... don't let that fool you, it's in the details
The thickness and construction of the rim of the ring is such that it is physically impossible to bend it
And here I would like to see in this a deliberate symbolism, an opportunity left for the unexpected and unplanned "good" to have the opportunity to enter our lives easily, without superpowers
So, of course, the ring is dimensionless, but strictly for size 16
